1. Fill out the Neighborhood Value Request form and submit it to us. This will give you a range of value in your area to determine if you might be under 80%. This is a free service, but it is not a guaranteed value; it is just a way of helping you determine if it will be beneficial for you to proceed with the appraisal.
2. If you are confident that you will owe less than 80% of the appraised value, you can fill out the order form on this website. Once we receive your order request, we will schedule a time that is convenient for you to come out and do the full appraisal on your home. We will collect the appraisal fee at the time of inspection.
